TACOMAMAN KILLED BY BARROOM E0BBEE (United Press Iud Wire.) Ticoma, May 21. After shooting down Carl Glock, who waa chatting with friends In the barroom, of the Potomao hotel and ordering the wounded man propped up in a corner of the room with Ma hands held above his head, a bandit last night "held . seven men with a revolver while, he overhauled the saloon cash register and searched his victims' pockets. His entire loot amounted to little more than $7 and a gold watch, snatched off the person of Frank Leonard. The desperado, who is described as being a young man and very tall, sat In the saloon during the entire early part of the evening, apparently moody. At exactly 10 o'clock he stepped to a rear room and was not noticed again until the shot rang out and uiock dropped to-the floor. The man lined up the other six inmates of the saloon, ordering one of them to prop the wounded man in a corner. When this was done he scooped out the contents of the cash drawer, hurriedly aearchod his victims and disappeared through a rear door. . , . Clock was taken immediately to a hospital and the police were notlfle4. He had a fleslr wound in his aide and will recover in a few weeks. It is believed the desperado timed his deed, and that aa aoon as ha had completed the work he boarded the 10-lS lnterurban for Seattle, which passed tne saioon jlw "t the holdup.' .
