Thompson has been dis charged. The decree determining the case was entered yesterday morning by Judge H. J. Bean in the circuit court It came as the result of a compromise based upon the evidence taken in the case in the circuit court. According to. the decree, the plaintiffs In the suit. A. C. Kuby. M. C.
