Pendleton, Or.. Dec. 17. The great
Idaho alleged horse fraud case is set
tied. Several of the horses have been
returned to the original owners, and
Receiver W. L,. Thompson has been dis
charged. The decree determining the
case was entered yesterday morning by
Judge H. J. Bean in the circuit court
It came as the result of a compromise
based upon the evidence taken in the
case in the circuit court.
