The steamer Roanoke, Captain Dunham, sailed last night. Chief Officer Black, who fired the Lyle lifeline gun in the harbor Thursday aft ernoon waa releesed. The steamer Columbia plying between Portland and Vancouver, Is reported to day as having been sold by Captain George Good to Vancouver parties.
