Johnson, I a Los Angeles physician .refused to aid him. Mrs. Lou Sutcllffe. an aunt of the dead man. Identified the body. She states that Johnson had given his father a sum of money to Invest and that the father refused to return the money when nis son asKea ror it. According to letters written by John son before endlns: his life, this sum amounted to $600. The wife of. the dead man Is in destitute circumstances at Kelso, a email town near Kern Cltv. Letters from her were found on his body.
