Tired of repeated promises on the part of the city council without any results the people of North Alblna, through their Improvement club, adopt ed resolutions last night favoring the Inauguration of a new form of city government patterned after that ln op eration at Uett Moines, lowa. This provides for a mayor and four councllmen to run the city. Each coun cilman and the mayor Is at the head of a separate department of the munlci pal government and each Is heavily bonded to Insure the faithful execution of his duties.
