" Astoria, Or., June IS Frits De Rock, the submarine diver, yesterday took a contract to recover the pump, - donkey engine and gear- that had fallen over board from the steam schooner Minnie E. Kelton. and today after two hours work landed them on a barge, the eon tract price being $150. The underwrit- era have practically abandoned the work of raising the schooner and are now awaiting instructions from the owners in San Francisco to offer her for sale as she now lies below Smith's Point.
