McCorkle. president of tha Butte Boya Consolidated Mining- company, called to order the stockholders: meet ing of that and the Florence Central Mining; company. The meeting- was called for the purpose of Increasing the canltal ' stock of the Butte Boys . company to 12,000,000, though in fact there was no actual Increase By this action the Butte Boys takes over the stock of the Florence Central, and the two become one in tact. xne real oo Ject of the meeting- was to unite the : interests of. the two companies, and hereafter they will be operated -under a single management and all stock in either of the corporations now covers both.
