M. G. McCorkle. president of tha Butte
Boya Consolidated Mining- company,
called to order the stockholders: meet
ing of that and the Florence Central
Mining; company. The meeting- was
called for the purpose of Increasing
the canltal ' stock of the Butte Boys
. company to 12,000,000, though in fact
there was no actual Increase By this
action the Butte Boys takes over the
stock of the Florence Central, and the
two become one in tact. xne real oo

: interests of. the two companies, and
hereafter they will be operated -under a
single management and all stock in
either of the corporations now covers
both. The business of the meeting

. pull together now ana make these two
of the biggest mines of the great Gold

fered to pay for oil for lubricating the
road for a distance of half a mile in
front of his place, if the county will do
the filing. The county commissioners

sprinkler ' can be rented or borrowed.

against - a pitcher, the fragments strik
ing snd lacerating; his wife's face.
- A hurry-up call was sent in and he
was overpowered and brought to police
headquarters. A charge of assault with
dangerous weapons was at first pre-
zerrea against Higgins, nut tnis was
dismissed when Mrs. Higgins appeared
this morning, statin that her husband

at first thought. He was fined $25.
