Down on tha Willamette last night there- waa a sight worth braving the damp 'breeze that blew up the river to see. A row of mammoth roaea is fastened across the whole front of the building at tha third story, and in each rose is an electrlo light. A few atorles above is a row of stars, of electrical design, and from the roof hanga a mam moth Wella-Fargo company flag, 26 feet long and IS feet wide, illuminated with a myriad of electric lights. Rows of electrlo decorations extend up and down over the face-of tha skyscraper. The colors of the electrlo lights and other trimmings are pale green apd pink, with a combination of lavender. The entire scheme forms a striking picture at night. '" ' The decorations . of tha Hotel ' Port land have also received most favorable comment. .
