He took an hour deliver ing his Instructions to the IS men who were to sit on the fate of the defend ant. and at 11:4 a. m.r deputy sheriffs led, tat Jurors to a room of It Judge Lewlor' court room. j Took 8U Minutes. Six minute later.- at 1 0 minutes of 12. the Jury had agreed on Its verdict. The men bomplalned' of th rules of the three-cent line cutting, off their free transportation and demanding a raise of two cents an hour under an old contraot with the private company formerly operating the line. Johnson announced that the company Would grant free rides and would adjust all other-grievance satis factorily.
