Pattee Passed Away Yesterday at His East Side Home. Hiram E. Pattee, a pioneer of 1860, and a highly respected resident of Port hind, died at th family residence, 631 Esst Morrison street, yesterday after noon. Mr. Pattee had lived In Portland sine 1861 and for many year was master mechanic of th Oregon Transfer company. He always evinced tho great est Interest in aquatic sports and was formerly a member of th local yacht club. Mr. Pattee was born In Bath, Maine, In 1828, and cam to California by way of Cap Horn in 1860. In 1878 he was united In marriage with Miss Mary Stlmson. - who with a - daughter. Ml Cora B.
