To th Edl tor of The Journal In your Issue of April 12, on page 13 appears an Article headed, "Delayed by Grounding," which Is so full of errors and so misleading that I am instructed by the board of trade of this place to publish the fol lowing aa a correction: The Elmore did not atrik a bar while 'on her way to Bay City,' nor did she 'strike on a bar in the channel shortly after entering Tillamook bay.' It was not 'neceasary to lighter every bit of her cargo' and a lighter did not have to be towed from Astoria to Tilla mook to lighter her.'
