Cut a slice from th stem emt rernovs the seeds carefully, parboil It minutes and drain. While tbeae cool. pWare the following mixture: To every six peppers allow on sweetbread. Break the stems of th mushrooms In little bits, cook for 20 minutes. In another saucepan melt two tablespoons of butter.-rub Into this two tablespoons of flour and add a few drops of onion Juice. Btir this mixture and pour over It aradually the water from th mush room atems, with enough chicken stock to make on cupful In all. Add two tablespoons of cream and season witn salt and paprika.
