WEATHER REPORT A rtdce of high orcssure extends this morning from the north Pacific states southeastward to Florida, and a high pressure area with zero tempera tures overlies the Canadian northwest. The storm yesterday over the upper Mississippi valley has now reached the St.. uawrence valley ana is moving rapidly northeastward. A new low pressure area has formed over isew Mexico. No rain of consequence has fallen on the Pacific slope during the last 24 hours. Light to heavy frosts have occurred In California as fur south as San Luis Ablspo. Snow has fallen In the lake region, and light nun nas occurred In the middle Atlantic and New Bngland states. Snow has also fallen generally throughout western Montana and the Canadian northwest. It Is much colder In the Missouri and upper Mississippi valleys and corre spondingly warmer along the Atlantic coast from Maine to North Carolina.
