French Bark Gael Will Load at Lon don for Portland., Evidently Importers of cement do not DE8CRIP- fear that the material will form a drug on the market next fall, judging from the Quantities they are DreoarlnaT to bring here. They look for active build ing operations and hence expect a strong demand. Yesterday a cable from Europe an nounces mat tne jrrencn Dark Gael had been chartered to carry a cargo of cement from London to Portland. She will In all probability begin loading at an eariy aate so aa to arrive nere about September. The Gael will carry aooui a i.uvu Darreia. Among other vessels recently char tered to bring cement from Europe la the French bark Vincennes, to load at Antwerp. The French bark Eugene Fautrel left Antwerp a month ago to day for this port with a cargo of ce ment and should arrive here in July or August Half a dosen cement carriers left during the latter part of laat year and, will be showing up here during the firat montha of aummer. Contracted Diseases Progress in the study of contracted dis orders in the past few years has resulted in my advanced methods of securing perma-i rent results. In my practice I use special methods of irrigation, and a method of my own ' devising for installations that cure gonorrhoea, PERMANENTLY, in from 3 to 10 days. I majce frequent inspections of the canal by means of a small electric light, which enables me to see and to treat each inflamed part separately; and I am also enabled to show the patient himself the conditions that actually exist. Follow ing my treatment there are no evil after results. There is no stricture to fear nor the slightest chance of a chronic condition (sometimes called srleet). but there is COMPLETE healing of the inflamed and poisoned tissue. Never use harsh injections or drastic internal rem edies to stop the discharge, for if you do it is certain that in the future you will find vour state worse than ever. I guarantee you a PERFECT AND PROMPT CURE, and as well as that, You Can Pay When Cured V If this announcement does riot have particular reference to YOUR trouble, drop in and tell me what bothers you. I shall be glad to give you advice as to, your condition that is sure to be of benefit to you. That will cost you nothing. It will save vou an amount of nervnna suffering and MAY greatly PROLONG YOUR LIFE. Be wise; don't delay- As I have stated frequently, to delav and neglect all the very serious and so-called "incurable diseases are due.
