Heymans Insists that she did, and to further substantiate his claim that Dr. Talbott was in charge of the case displayed a written statement which he claims was made out by Dr. Talbott and signed by the young woman the day she was brought to the Insti tute conducted by Heymans. Because of the conflicting statements made by Heymans and Dr. Talbott the authorities will not proceed until sure that convictions will follow.
