Cattle men report that thla winter haa been tha best for cattle, in Klamath county. of any winter in the past 16 years. Tbe moderate weather and the small amount of snow have allowed the cattle to be out at pasture all winter, and ao far it has not been necessary to feed them a single day, and they are In prime condition. Horace V. Mitchell, a prominent cat tleman, is very optimlstlo concerning the future of Klamath county as a cattle country.
