It is believed that he contracted tho disease In the town and that in consequence there is no dan ger of the camp becoming a plague spot, as it is removed some distance from the city. Four more Spaniards were at tacted with the disease at Ceinfueaos yesterday and three more today, being a total ot 14 case on the whole island. Major Kean, the sanitarv inspector, in reporting the case on the soldier, Fisher, to Governor Magoon, says it is not thought there is any infection in the camp of the 15th. Notwithstanding this belief, all the soldiers are under the clos est inspection and supervision.
