closing a certain mortgage executed
by the 0aid Homer S. McDanlels and
Etta McDanlels, his wife, on the 13th
day of January, 1916 on the following
described real property situated in
Lincoln County, Oregon, towit:
A piece or parcel of land "Com
mencing at the () Section Corner
on the North Boundary of Section
Five (5) in Township No. Eleven
South of Range No. Eleven. (11)
West Wilt Meridian, end running
thence S. 0 degrees 07 minutes West
on the center line of said Section No.
Five .6) above described 660 feet to
a post near Wagon Bridge, Thence
East 660 feet to a post, thence N.
0 degrees 07 minutes 660 feet to a
Post situate on the north boundary
of said Section No. Five (5) above
described, thence west along tjie
North boundary of said section No.
(6) 6i!0 fe t to the place of beginning
the same containing Ten (10) acres
according to the survey thereof.
And that the above described tract
be sold by the Sheriff of Lincoln
County, Oregon, as provided by law
to stultify the amount due and owing
plaintiff on said mortgage; and further
for a decree that each of said de
fendants land all of them and all per
sons claiming by, through or under
you said defendants, may be barred
and foreclosed of any estate, right,
title, lien or interest in or to said
mortgaged premises or any part there
of and for such other and further re
lief as may be equitable and just.
This summons is served upon you
by publication in accordance with an
order by the Honorable R. R. Miller,
County Judge of Lincoln County, Ore
gon, which said order is dated June
16th, 1920, and which requires that
this summons be published in the
Lincoln County Leader for six con

An Oregon bred and raised Angora billy goat has set a now
record, selling at auction for $1750 at the Goat Raisers' Show, held
I In-San Angelo, Tex., recently, the highest price c-er paid ,f or a goat.
He is a two-year-old, raised by William Riddle of Monmouth. Ore.,
and sold to B. M. Halbert of Sonora. Tex. Mr Riddle is Lolding
the goat in the picture above.

crank shaft on the engine which will
necessitate the closing of the mill for
a few days.

"Well, go on, but tako htm somewhere and give htm a bath; that
tiwful emoU will be all over your clothes." Oh! boy 'mombcr how
you felt then? And the dog begun waggln' his tail and you went buck
