L, Heyser departed for Portland Saturday where they will make their home for a time. Mr. Hey ser expects to again bid in the job as S. P. Cavalry, ar rived in Toledo Tuesday. They were here for the purpose of obtaining re cruits for the Army. They left Wed nesday for Albany where they will remain for a few days. Dr. Berry, president of the Lincoln County Fair Board, was In the city Monday. He and Mr. Cooter made an Inventory of the Fair property and finances and find that they are in much better circumstances than last year. They predict a rousing big Fair this Fall.
