Carpenter of Y achats was one of the jurors here the) first of the week. Albert Barclay of Waldport was In Toledo several days the first of the week. Chas. EageUon of Eddyvllle was In the city on business Tuesday and Wed nesday. Johnny Williams of Siletz was In the city yesterday, enroute home from a visit at Summit W. E. Ball was down from Elk City over Sunday. Mr. Ball has, a logging contract near that place. Chas and Henry Bobell came up from Waldport last Sunday to be in attendance at Circuit Court. A. B. Slocum of Siletz was in the city the first of the week enroute to Corvallls where he is building a house. A. C. Crawford of Lower Siletz re turned Monday evening from Portland where he went iith a car of fat cat tle. iMrs. W. O.
