You are hereby required to appear
and answer the complaint filed against
you In the above entitled euit, on or
before the expiration of Bix weeks from

summons, and if you, fail to so appear

The relief demanded Is the foreclosure
of a certain mortgage executed and de
livered by Anna M. Davis and Joseph
Davis, defendants herein, which said

said Anna M. Davis and Joseph Davis,

Quarter (SW) end tho Northwest
Quarter (NW&) of the Southeast
Quarter (SE4) of Section Eight (8)
in Township Thirteen (13) South,
Range. Eight (8) West of Willamette
Meridian, containing 160 ttcres, situat
ed in Lincoln County, State of Oregon.
And a furtliur decree barring and
forclosing you, the said defendants,
end each of you, of and from any and
all Interest, right and title In or to
the said real property and every part
thereof.

Judge of Lincoln County, Oregon, and
