Notice to Voters All voters registered for the gen eral election of two years ago, and w ho are residing within the limits of the proposed Ports to be voted on at the Special election May 5th, 1910, are entitled to voie at said ppecial election. And all voters residing within tiie limits of said proposed ports, who were not regis tered two years ago, but who are legal voters may vote at such elec tion by use of Blank A and,the aid of six free holders. All foreign born citizens who made Declaration of Intention one year prior to May 5th 1910, or who are naturalizod, but were not registered f r .the gener al, election of two years ago, should bring their papers with them on election day in order to assist the officer swearing them in with Blank A No person however who is not a resident within the limits of the proposed Port shall be entitled to vote.
