Their ideas are larger than their purses. They do not keep account of their expenditures. They are easy dupes of schemers and promoters.' They reverso the maxim, "Duty before pleasure." They have too mai.y and too ex pensive amusement!. They do not think it worth while to save nickles and dimes. They have risked a competence in trying to get rich quickly., They allow friends to impose upon their good nature and generosity. .They try to do what others expect of them, not what they can afford. They do not do today what they can possibly put off until tomorrow. They do not thii.k it worth while to put contracts or agreements in writing. They prefer to incur debt rather than to do work whiclj they consider beneath thein. They never dreamed that a mort gage on their home could ever turn them out of doors. They indorse their friends' notes for guaranteed payments just for accommodation. For Sale. 33 acres fine land; 20 acres undo dyke between city limits and Olalla slough; 4 blocks from Toledo High School; fine boating in front of house; cows, separator, and gasoline hunches goes with place if desired.
