ship seven south, of range teu west,
and the greater part of township eight
south, of range ten west, in Linoolu
ojunty, Oregon, within the Tillamook
Forest Reserve, and the placing of
nearly all of the south part of Lincoln
county, commencing ou the uorth line
of township twelve south, of range teu
west, and taking to the Lane county
line on the south, within tbe Umpqua
Forest Reserve, for the following rea
sons: That nearly ..11 of tbe timber within
both of these reserves has already been
taken uuder the homestead or timber
and stone acts, and title has passed
