The Coos Bay Gas and Electric Company Is extend ing its electric service to Bunker Hill and Bay Park, and expects to bo ablo to furnish electricity for that section within a few weeks. However, other good speakers have been se cured for Sunday afternoon's meeting. Dies In California. News has been received here of the death of Miss Anna Bear, a well-known Coos Bay young woman. She was about twenty years old and was born and raised on the Bay. Sho went south a few years ago in hopes of benefit ting her health. Two sisters, Cyn thia and Ida Bear were with her at the time of her death. Two other sisters, Mrs. Jame's Allen and Hen rietta Bear, reside In North Bend and a brother, Chas.
