Manager J. II. Keating of tho North Bend Milk Condensary, Manu facturers of "Sunrise' carried off first honors in the Oregon State Fair. In addition to this a government in spector who Inspected all of the ex hibits said that the milk would have carried off honors in competition with any condensed milk in the world, having a higher percentage of butter fat than any condensed milk ho had over examined. There was no prize for the quality but the award will be valuable in advertising another of Coos Bay's famous prod ucts. The quality of tho condensed milk Is not only due to the quality of milk produced by tho Coos Bay country dairy herds, but also to tho way it Is handled. Manager Keating slnco ho took charge of tho condensary has put in a lot of new men, among them a foreman, Mr. Stewart, who won honors by his product exhibit ed at tho Paris exposition. Each recurring attack of rheuma tism makes the disease harder to control, but the fact that it Is not In itself dangerous causes people to neglect It, awaiting a change or a settled condition of the weather for relief. It Is often only after the dis ease has become so serious as to in terfere with business that the suf ferer will seek more than temporary relief.
