Here Last of Week to Meet Prop erty Owners. "Win. G. Carroll of the government engineering corps at Portland will arrive on Coos Bay Friday morning to make preliminary arrangements Sot the bulkheadlng, etc., to disposo of the dredglngs from the bay when the government dredger starts, the flrst of next month. Mr. Carroll Is being sent by Major J. F. Mclndoe, now In charge of the government work. Concerning Mr. Carroll's visit, Ma jor Mclndoe has written Secretary Lyons as follows: "I have the honor to inform you that I am sending Mr. "Vm. G. Carroll, junior engineer, to Coos Bay on the steamer leaving here Wednesday, August 19th, to confer with you in the matter of the bulk heading and dredging desired at Coos Bay. Please give him full in formation in order that he may re port to me on his return.
