The Marshfleld Aerie of Eagles have engaged the Morris house at Ten Mile for their Fourth of July initia tion and celebration. It promises to be one of the big events of the year in Eagledom. Br. Bnumbaugh Pays' Fine. Late yesterday afternoon, Dr. B. P. Baumbaugh appeared before City Recorder Upton and entered a plea of guilty to the charge of violating the quarantine regulations, and paid a fine of $5. She says that the viola tion was only on a technicality and was" due to a misunderstanding. Coqullle Celebration. The people of Coqullle are making elaborate preparations for their Fourth of July celebration which they say will be the; biggest and best ever held In Coos county. The train will leave hero at the regular hour Saturday morning, there will be a special In the -evening after the fireworks so that Coos Bay visitors may see tho whole show and return the same night. Muslcale at Mlllicoma. There will be an Informal muslcale at tho Mll licoma club rooms next Monday even ing for members of the club and those having visiting cards only. Each member is accorded tho privi lege of extending an invitation to one lady. The purpose of the affair is to make It a "Ladles Night" at the club, and It will bo complimentary to tho mothers, wives, sisters and sweethearts of the members.
