Durkeo who was engaged in the contracting and building business in Marshfield for some time but who recently gavo up his business here to go on tho road has decided that he doesn t like traveling and has located at Bandon. In a letter to Tho Times, he extends thanks to friends hero for tho courtesies shown him and says that he will always be a Cooa Bay booster. Takes Fourth Degree. Tho local Aerie of Eagles conferred tho fourth degree on Harry Adler Wed nesday evening. There Is no fourth degree in tho regular ritual of tho order but tho local members de cided that they had to arrange ono to show their appreciation of Adler. If there was anything that they forgot to inculcate in tho degree, Adler hasn't been able to remember it. Fruit Men Coming. Dr. M. O. Pohl, fruit inspector for Coa' county, Is at Myrtle Point but la planning to come to Marshfield and North Bend soon to arrango for pub lic meetings for tho president and district director of the Oregon Hor ticultural society when they visit hero Juno 12.
