Coqulllo Titinspoitntion Company Has Plans for Torpedo Built Boat. Wo have been shown plans for a new boat which the Coqulllo Rivet Transportation Co., is figuring on building. Ono set of plans is fur nished by R. M. Haddock, of New Rochelle, New York, and provides a torpedo built boat SO feet long and 12 foot beam, and the other plans are by John G. Sound, of Portland, which is a good model and- provides for a boat SO feet long, 12. OS beam and a depth of five feet. Tho com pany expects to mako a decision soon and will begin tho building of tho boat as soon as tho plans arrive. Both plans provide for a speed of about 14 miles an hour. By another year, with this fast passenger boat and tho other boats already ornod by this company, they will be in a position to handle the river traffi" for many years.
