Frank Jasper the Eagle valley rancher, whose horses were stolen by William Carver, returned yester day from Sandpoint, Idaho, where he went with Sheriff h . K Brown for the purpose of recovering his ani mals, says the Baker City Democrat. Mr. Jasper, altogether, had six homes stolen, while a neighbor of his lost two.
