the North valleys temperature will av

Within the districts mentioned
above the rainfall will vary In smaller
districts and 1 have only tried togive
the general averages.
In the fallowing forecasts ofthe win
ter the coldest and warmest arlods
are not considered. One half of a
month may be moderately warm and
the other half extremely cold In which

oold, because Its average would be bo-
