Gooiman. which resulted in the death of the former. Warren -c ill.; i and asked to see him ; they went out of the oou-e, and in the interval a quarrel arose, which reunited in Warren drawing a pistol and firing at Goodman, and then starting to run ; Goodman then drew his pistol and fired t Warren, the shot taking effect in the back and ranging upwards, lodging jo -t above the heart.
