I Distressing Accident. On last Sabbat u Vtening, as Dr. Alexander and daughter, of this city, were returning home in a buggy from Camp-meeting near Scio, a span of horses driven by Mr. John Schinecr became restive and unmanageable, and ran upon the Doctor's vehicle with so great force as to pre- pipitate himself and daughter out of the buggy tho latter falling violently upon her bead, causing several very severe cuts and bruises about the forehead and eyes. The Doctor received some painful injuries by on of the horses falling upon him,- crushing him upon the young lady, thereby adding to her previous sufferings from the coutusions paused by the fall. Fortunately, persons were passing on the road at the time of the accident wlio rescued them from their peril ous position and gave them all the assistance jn their power until surgical u:d could arrive from town.
