Now. brown with age. they are on display in the Argus windows, recalling to mind scenes of nearly half a cen tury ago. Four picture» shown represent a year apiece from 1890 to 1893 One shows a scene deep in the woods, with five yoke of oxen working at the logging end of lumber produc tion. Others depict scenes at the mill, showing various workmen and buildings. The pictures are the property of W. E Davis, now of Banks, route 1. also shown in several of the pictures.
