FINDS FRIENDS Ex-Congressman Rainey, of Illi nois, spoke at the Chautauqua last Saturday evening, and his lecture was a real treat. Mr. Rainey is well versed in govern mental affairs and knows his sub ject. The Prangers, of this city and Leisyville, were in to hear Rainey, they having been aup- porters of the gentleman for years when they resided back at Carlinsville, 111.
