But the time will come, eventually, whn government postal ravings banks will lie estab Lshed everywhere, thus saving the laborer and the depositor from ir responsible banking concerns; we hall public ownership of railways operated by the givernment, as they aie in Germany Unity, savin the real payers of transportation millions each year; we shall have bfe insurance issued by the govern nicnt at a slight expense above, if not at, cost; we shall have govern ment control of natural resources, like mines and oil wells, and, per haps government manufactories. All these things will come, in time It is not Utopian, any more than our post office system. Neither is it mo e likely to prove a failure than that system. We shall' then have no more grafting in our public affairs, if properly regulated, than we now do, and the public mind is g-tting ready to consider these reforms It may take yeara to get around to it, but it will come.
