our post office system. Neither is
it mo e likely to prove a failure
than that system.
We shall' then have no more
grafting in our public affairs, if
properly regulated, than we now
do, and the public mind is g-tting
ready to consider these reforms
It may take yeara to get around to
it, but it will come.
