TEMPERANCE TO BE TOPIC National Chairman of Prohibition' IMS Will Speak at V. M. C. A. Charles R. Jones. National ehalra-.an of the Prohibition party. Is expected to arrive In Portland today or tomorrow from San Francisco. Arrangements have been made by a committee com posed of local officers of the state ex ecutive committee of the Prohibition party for a reception to Mr. Jones, to be held tomorrow night In the ladles' parlor of the T. M. C A. building. In vitations have been sent out to all Pro hibitionists to attend the reception. Mr. Jones will remain In Portland for several days, but no plana for his en tertainment, other than the reception, have thus far been made.
