OFF YEARS ARE UNKNOWN IN THE UMPQUA-VALLEY NICARAGUA SUES Accuses Salvador and Guate mala of Aiding Rebels in Honduras. FIRST CASEJN NEW COURT Central American Supreme Tribunal Called Vpon to Decide Among Xa- tions Rebels Win Every Bat tle and Scare Ztlaya. MANAGUA, Nicaragua, July 11. The Klraraguan iuvernment has presented a complaint to the Central American Court of Justice located at t.artlgo, Costa Rica, based upon the allegation that the Gov ernments of Gautemala and Salvador have rendered assistance to the revolutionists of Honduras and the Nlcaraguan refugees who are allied with them. This fact,- the Nlcaraguan Government alleges, menaces the peace of the Nlcaraguan Republic. President Zelaya is organising an army to protect the Nlcaraguan frontier and Ills action to this end receives the support of the people of the country. A request has been sent in from Puerto Cortes. Honduras, for Mexican warships to protect Mexican interests. . The Honduras Government Is said to have Irrefutable proof of Its allegations that the Governments of Salvador and Guatemala have given aid to the revolu tlonists In Honduras. There Is reason to believe serious en gagements will soon occur and that the fighting will be desperate. The rebels have captured the towns f Nacoene and Bione. and Santa . Rosa and Copan are menaced. The revolutionists have been almost uniformly victorious. Nicaragua is frful of the outcome of the movement In Honduras, for there is reason to believe the plan of the allies Is. first, to establish a joint government in Honduras as soon as Davila Is driven out. and then to advance upon and over throw the Zelaya Government in this republic.
