ROOM 15 WASHINGTON BUILDING morning's map as being central over New Mexico has also remained stationary and its center appears to be about Modena, Utah. It has caused light precipitation over Northern Nevada, Eastern Oregon, Southern Idaho and Utah during the past 12 hours. with snow reported as falling at time of observation at Salt Lake City. Lower tem peratures, especially over Nevada and Utah, have also resulted from this storm area. The indications are for occasional light rain Sunday over Western Oregon and Western Washington, and for rain or snow in East ern Oregon, Eastern Washington and Idaho. WEATHER FORECASTS. Nov. 17. Just before noon today an explosion wrecked the main building of the Melrose Fuse Works in the town of Melrose near here. Three other explosions soon followed, setting tne works on Are.
