Frederick James Ryerson, 20, is charged with failure to perform the du- ties of a driver to an injured person and may face additional charges. Christopher Brian Chandler, 34, died from injuries he suffered in the crash. Retail Crime Spree Broken Three people were arrested and 45 large trash bags of stolen property valued at 50,000 or more were seized last week by police in connection with a retail theft investigation in southeast Portland. Many of the sto- len items, mostly clothing and shoes, had the tags and security sensors still attached. Jabril Coleman, 20, Cache Coleman, 18, and JocCrystal Johnl Jack- son, 21, face multiple counts of theft.
