A n opening cerem ony w ill p re cede the parade, beginning at 10 a.m . on the M arshall H ouse law n, featuring keynote speaker G eneral Stephen R. L anza o f Joint B ase Lew is-M cC hord. A fterw ards, local veterans w ill step forw ard to share their w ords and experiences, and ho n o r local veterans and the p arad e’s grand m arshal D ale B ow lin. T he parade procession w ill follow at 11 a.m. from the east end o f O fficers R ow at E ast R eserve Street. T he V ancouver parade attracts m ore than 120 entries with approxi m ately 2,500 individuals m arching o r riding in the parade. Constructing Hope Col.
