Clark College Gives Back in King’s Honor Honoring the teachings and legacy ofDr. MartinLutherKing Jr., Clark College joins the rest of the country in a national Day of Service. W hile the college is closed for the M onday, Jan. 21 holi day, students of Clark’s Volun teer & Service-Learning Pro gram will observe the day at the Clark County Family YM CA to give assistance to mini camps geared at helping children learn about music, sports and art. The next day on Tuesday, J an. 22, Dr. King ’ s legacy will be celebrated for the entire Vancouvercampuscommunity when Dr. Darryl Brice delivers a keynote speech. An instructor o f sociology, diversity and globalism studies atHighlineCommunity College, Brice will speak at 12 p.m. in Clark’s Gaiser Student Center.
