T he N ational C ouncil o f L a R aza, the A m erican A ssociation o f R etired Persons, and the N ational A sso cia tion for the H ispanic Elderly all agree that the R yan budget w ould be harm ful to L atinos. T hough R om ney has lately tried to distance h im se lf from R yan's budget, he has not put forth one o f his ow n. F o r all purposes, R yan's plan is R o m n ey ’s plan, one w ith d eep ly n eg ativ e im plications for H ispanics, the m iddle class, seniors, and the poor. A nd the m ore w e know about R yan, the m ore o b v i ous it becom es that he and R om ney aren't a w inning com b ination for America. Raul A.
