PROJECT DESCRIPTION The proposed project consists o f a 4 6 ’ w ide paved road, tw o bike lanes, and tw o travel lanes with a center left turn lane with curbs and sidew alks on both sides. Both phases consist o f reconstructing and w id e n in g a portion of NW 38th Avenue. Phase 2 term ini are SE A rm stron g Road and NW Parker Street, a distance of ap proxim ate ly 0.54 mile. Phase 3 term ini are NW Parker S tre et and G rass Valley Park, a distance of ap p roxim a te ly 0.4 mile.
