Zuleyma Figueroa was arrested Jan. 26 for distribution and posses sion of cocaine and booked into the Multnomah County Jail. Figueroa, 37, pled guilty to dis tributing methamphetamine after a 2009 arrest, causing her to lose her teaching license. On Dec. 8, members of the Port land Police Bureau's Drugs and Vice Division received information that an automotive shop she owned with Concepcion Mendez-Hernandez, 42, was being used to store and facili tate the sale of narcotics.
