Zuleyma Figueroa was arrested
Jan. 26 for distribution and posses­
sion of cocaine and booked into the
Multnomah County Jail.
Figueroa, 37, pled guilty to dis­
tributing methamphetamine after a
2009 arrest, causing her to lose her
teaching license.
On Dec. 8, members of the Port­
land Police Bureau's Drugs and Vice
Division received information that
an automotive shop she owned with
Concepcion Mendez-Hernandez, 42,
was being used to store and facili­
tate the sale of narcotics.
A kilo of cocaine, with an esti­
